A combination of the rich volcanic soil and sunny weather, low humidity, cool nights, and elevations ranging from 4,220 to 5,300 make this the perfect location to cultivate beautiful coffee. Expect Aromatic fragrance with a medium body.
A unique subtle smokey flavour is well balanced with the "spicy twist" you may detect in this coffee. Guatemalan is also popular in blends to add a chocolatey body.
