The Goose neck not only provides the precision control it also ensures a stable and balanced flow of water meaning that there is no variation in your pour from start to finish. The electric heating element means that the kettle can be taken and used anywhere (unlike other goose neck kettles that are stove top only). The Small LCD clearly displays the temperature and can be viewed in °c or °f and has the option to hold the temperature meaning you can pop the kettle on, walk away and come back and it will still be at the desired temperature.
